Shipping costs
Standard shipping within the EU: €9.90. Orders of €200 or more ship free of charge. Express shipping: €19.90. The shipping costs applicable to your order are shown during the order process before you place your order.
Delivery time
Standard shipping: 4–8 business days. Express shipping: 2–4 business days. The delivery period begins on the business day following receipt of payment. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Packaging
Shipments are sent discreetly in neutral packaging that gives no indication of the contents.
Delivery countries
We deliver to most countries of the European Union. The delivery countries available to you are shown during the order process.
Tracking
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse you will receive a dispatch confirmation by email, provided tracking is available.
Transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report this to the carrier as soon as possible and contact us without delay. Failing to make such a report has no consequences for your statutory rights, in particular your warranty rights; it does, however, help us to assert our own claims against the carrier.
