Clomos (Clomiphene Citrate) from Pharmacom Labs is a potent anti-estrogen of the selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) class. Unlike aromatase inhibitors, it does not affect the aromatization process directly — instead it reduces estrogen activity by blocking estrogen receptors, making it best suited for post-cycle therapy (PCT) rather than use during the cycle itself.

Clomos also stimulates the pituitary axis, accelerating production of luteinizing hormone and follicle-stimulating hormone so the body can more actively synthesize endogenous testosterone — a key reason it remains a PCT staple.
